Before applying to the TriVial BioWorks affiliate program, please read and confirm your agreement to the following terms and expectations. Applying constitutes acceptance of these guidelines.
Content & Posting Standards
- All content must clearly position products as research-grade peptides for laboratory/research use only — not for human use
- Do not reference, imply, or suggest personal use, self-administration, or human health outcomes in any content
- Do not make before/after claims, transformation content, or wellness testimonials tied to Trivial BioWorks products
- Disclose affiliate relationship on every post per FTC guidelines (#ad or #affiliate in caption)
- Tag @TrivialBioWorks where applicable and use approved hashtags
Branding & Messaging
- Lead with quality differentiators: independent third-party testing with a published certificate of analysis for every batch, a dedicated fentanyl screening programme, and fair pricing. Do not claim a test we have not published — link the COA and let it speak
- Do not disparage competitors by name on your platform
- Educational, research-focused content is strongly encouraged — think science, sourcing, and quality transparency
TikTok-Specific Guidelines
- Content must comply with TikTok Community Guidelines at all times
- Do not use restricted or flagged terminology that could result in content removal or account strikes
Affiliate Link & Code Use
- Use only your assigned affiliate link or discount code — do not share or transfer to others
- Do not create or use your own custom codes outside of what has been issued by Trivial BioWorks
- Do not advertise unauthorized discounts or promotions
Commission & Standing
- Commission paid on completed, non-refunded orders per agreed payout schedule
- Minimum quarterly activity required to maintain active affiliate status
- Violations of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions
